For 150 years, the restaurant community has supported Brown-Forman. It's time to return the favor. In partnership with the Restaurant Workers Community Foundation, Brown-Forman pledges to match dollar-for-dollar every donation made here to the COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund, up to $100,000. Funds raised will go toward direct financial assistance, grants to non-profit partners working to address the needs of restaurant workers during this crisis, and to a zero-interest loan program for small businesses starting back up.
Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation is an advocacy and action nonprofit created by and for restaurant and food service workers. By addressing quality-of-life issues that disproportionately affect restaurant workers – 40% of whom live on poverty-level wages – we hope to strengthen the workforce and increase opportunities for advancement in the industry to more people.
