In 2022, RWCF is getting back to the core of why we were formed: systems change in the restaurant industry. This fund supports grantmaking in our four program areas: Wage Fairness and Career Ladders; Gender Equity and Sexual Violence; Racial Justice and Support for the Immigrant Community; and Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. A portion of funds donated here will be allocated to cover RWCF’s operational costs.
